Great pay/benefits, poor management - Anonymous employee Northwest Administrators Employee Review

Pros

Excellent pay, union benefits, dental/medical/vision, PENSION, room to move up within the company

Cons

The dress code is ridiculous - nylons for women even if they're wearing pants?! The break/lunch schedules for contract employees are downright draconian. Also, management styles vary dramatically by department; you might move to a new department and find that your new boss is super uptight, or that they're actually just concerned with everyone getting their work done. Also, I know for a fact that current employees have been asked to go and post positive reviews. Which is sketchy.

Northwest Administrators Response

It is wonderful to hear that you have enjoyed the excellent pay and benefits that NWA has to offer. We do not ask that employees post positive comments on our behalf. We have been approached by some employees who complain about negative postings they see on the internet. We inform them that they also have the opportunity to post their own opinions, should they so choose. Frequently the response is a surprise, with many believing that only people who want to complain, or job seekers, would post on social media sites.

Pros

Organized, benefits, easy to learn role and material after some time, and made friends

Cons

Weird, nonexistent culture (encouraged and established by management), benefits only available after certain amount of months (health 3, dental 6? if I remember and vision 12). Work from home offering is bait and switch as they are actively working towards fully eliminating it.
