Pros

Brilliant people gathering talent as they prepare for growth There is a strong focus on Customer Care; not just service, but authentic caring attitudes. And they are finding people who care. The caring attitude starts at the top in this organization. That says a lot. Benefits are good. Company is very stable and poised for growth. Investing a great deal of time and effort into training and development, so there are growth opportunities for employees as well.

Cons

Corporate needs to engage employees early in the process of developing improvements/change or they will not feel a sense of contribution. Especially in distant locations where there is less line of sight and in some cases, a good amount of experience. There are efforts building in this direction so things are improving. Compensation needs to be more inline with market (and agile due to rapid changes in some markets), and cognizant of emerging legislated minimum wages. However, in both cases, this company is well ahead of many others in the market, and continuously improving. In the TPA industry, this company is the leader.

Pros

Organized, benefits, easy to learn role and material after some time, and made friends

Cons

Weird, nonexistent culture (encouraged and established by management), benefits only available after certain amount of months (health 3, dental 6? if I remember and vision 12). Work from home offering is bait and switch as they are actively working towards fully eliminating it.
