Atrocious place to work - Auditor Northwest Administrators Employee Review

We regularly benchmark our wages and benefits offerings to industry standards ensuring we provide a comprehensive and competitive compensation package to all associates (our employee medical is $50 per month and free for vision and dental!). Our Payroll Auditors also receive additional benefits, such as student loan repayment. Over the last several years we have been very focused on employee morale and engagement and as a result, we have had a continued decline in our turnover rate for the last three years.
