Thank you for taking the time to share your employment experience at NWA and for your service to our participants. Our Phone Clerk training varies by department, but training is typically 7-10 days and new associates receive a training plan as part of their onboarding process. Because our services are complex, NWA is committed to providing comprehensive training and lots of opportunities to ask questions. We are sincerely sorry that your experience did not meet your training needs and please know that your feedback has been shared with leadership.

Pros

Organized, benefits, easy to learn role and material after some time, and made friends

Cons

Weird, nonexistent culture (encouraged and established by management), benefits only available after certain amount of months (health 3, dental 6? if I remember and vision 12). Work from home offering is bait and switch as they are actively working towards fully eliminating it.
