Just about everything is wrong with this archaic place! Computers from the dark ages and the software...haha...it's something you may have used in the 90's. The management for the phone dept. are all on power trips and get amusement we believe from berating people and micromanaging them. No one has the guts to stand up to these poor excuses for human beings. They are all missing the one most important organ in their bodies....HEARTS! If you like being treated like you don't matter and you are 12yrs old this is the job for you! The should be ashamed of themselves for pretending to be an upstanding company...once you're on the inside it all changes.
