Still a great place to work - Anonymous employee Northwest Administrators Employee Review

I just finished my 15th year at NWA and am still very proud to be at this company. There have been several new things implemented at NWA including a business casual dress code and jeans Friday. We also are offered flexible schedules including 4x10s or earlier/ later start end times to fit my life. The benefits remain top notch and they continue to train an. Develop all staff on specific duties but also on organization and personal development. Not sure where the other negative reviews come from since the great majority of employees stay a long time and are very happy.
