Knowledgeable, capable staff. Excellent director of nursing.

Cons

Hospital is a shell of its former self. Understaffed. Old, broken equipment. Nurses underpaid. Greedy CEO, only taking from the staff, never giving back, They keep opening new hospitals around Tucson but can't even maintain their flagship hospital.
