Pros
After 32 years with this company, every promise I have made to a client has been kept by this company, including some disability claims that I think many other companies would have disputed or even denied. Also, every promise made to me by management has been kept in full. I love the fact that I am (1) helping people, (2) independent in running my practice, (3) very well compensated, and (4) always on the learning curve getting better at what I do every year.
Cons
New agents learn a great deal about process and accountability, but they could use some additional initial training in our products and how to best apply them in real life situations. The company's encouagement of joint work with veteran reps. is a good start in this direction, but more pre-contract product training is needed.
