Pros
Benefits, mainly. The health insurance and retirement matching are excellent. Having a hybrid/remote arrangement helps. There will always be work, at least.
Cons
There is never enough staff, regardless of department (at least in FSM) and no matter how above and beyond you go, or how many outstanding reviews from your management, your annual raise (if any) will never keep up with inflation.
