Certain attorneys foster a culture where junior staff are made to feel inadequate for seeking guidance. The firm also has a track record of treating staff poorly, including abrupt terminations without clear justification, contributing to a high turnover rate among both associates and support staff. While it advertises a “fun” culture, the reality is a largely empty office, as most attorneys work remotely with little camaraderie or team spirit.
