      High exposures to customers and boss. So it is easily to gain performance for ourselves and to experience the innovative things here.

      Cons

      High-pressure and cannot work with self-pace. Sometimes we have to sacrifice the time and mind to service our customers. And the manpower is always lack for numerous tasks. So it is hard to finish everything step by step.
