Great workplace culture. the bosses really care about the employees. There is something about how everything a happens due to procedures in place and also b/c people just care and notice what's happening. The environment encourages you to leave your comfort zone and excel.
Cons
There are a lot of perks and gifts but we are also expected to produce deliverables in return.
