Pros
- the work is very interesting, specially if you like optics but not only - we also use many other technologies, - the managers are great, and manage the tasks of the team smartly. they know what kind of tasks are fit to each worker - most of the managers grew up in the company, which mean that there are lot of opportunities to upgrade your level - the facilities are good. the HR team are mostly nice.
Cons
in my case the interviews process was fast, but i know from friends that some of them didn't got any feedback even a very long time after the interview.
