Pros
Working in clean room class 1000 - Each worker is responsible for assembling a complete machine from the stage of the small parts to the final machine! This includes assembling with the help of drawings and solid work, making sub-assemblies and gluing with epoxy and putting them into a drying and heat process, and then continuing layer assembling and making sub-calibrations of assemblies such as polarizers and light sources and other various optics assemblies. The connection of each sub-layer on a main assembly and initial calibration of the entire system so that it works as one, matching between two main layers and transitioning to integration and joint work with integration personnel.
Cons
The only drawback I find is that in the new production building, there is no normal resting place for the machines when in fact they are the mainstay of the company because they are the company's professionals and those who do the main work for the company to meet goals and reach new achievements.
