Leaders who truly cares about the organization, set clear expectations, promote career growth opportunities, focus on future innovation to lead the company toward success. Everyone is treated with respect and will feel appreciated because everyone truly cares about the company and the people.
Cons
There are times we needs to work late to support our WW team but I think this comes with any industry and actually it's not really a Con because when I am able to help my fellow colleagues, it feels rewarding with awesome sense of accomplishment.
