Pros

Nova Ltd. was my first full-time job, and I couldn’t have asked for a better start to my career. I began on January 6, 2025, and was welcomed with incredible warmth and support. As someone completely new to the industry setting, I was genuinely surprised by how much trust and encouragement I received from both my managers and colleagues. Within the first few weeks, I was already contributing to tool builds and making a real impact. I initially assumed I wouldn’t be given major responsibilities until I had proven myself—but that wasn’t the case at Nova. The team was genuinely invested in my growth from day one. I really like my team—especially the senior engineers, who went out of their way to help me get up to speed. Some even personally handed me books to make my learning journey smoother, and I was regularly sent helpful documents and resources over email. That constant flow of support made a huge difference in my onboarding and learning experience.

Cons

One challenge I initially faced was that the product lines were completely new to me. Being on the production floor, it was sometimes difficult to fully understand the assemblies and subassemblies involved, simply because I wasn't yet familiar with all the components. I did feel like I was lagging a bit in that area at first. However, my team reassured me that this kind of in-depth knowledge comes with time, and it’s not something that can be mastered in just a week or a month. That perspective really helped me stay patient and focused on steady learning.

Pros

Excellent work environment, pacing, structure, and support.

Cons

The bureaucratic nature of the company slows progress. The company is transitioning out of the startup phase and into the corporate phase.
