Pros
They will hire anyone. So if you are looking to get a start in the solar industry this is a good place to get your foot in the door without any education or experience.
Cons
Because they will hire anyone it’s hard to find good help. I don’t have a problem with hiring green hands to build up someone’s career but there isn’t any good training to go with this company. It’s extremely fly by night and learn on the fly. Not something you want to deal with when you work with high voltage on a daily basis. No help from leadership and at the higher level it appears to be a boys club with new managers and executive coming in that are buddy buddy with another member of the board. The people at the higher level are so disassociated with the actual work in the field and customer relations that it all rolls downhill to supervisors and lead techs at the sites.
