Pros

+ Many seniors actively mentor you (spend time teaching you ins-and-outs) + Nobody withholds knowledge, everyone shares + Even VP of Technology will regularly admit to not knowing stuff, and will be eager to learn + As an employee of 2 years I find it has kicked started my career to a point I can work anywhere, yet I choose to stay for the higher than average pay, and the friendliness + Very flat hierarchy + Very flexible working hours

Cons

- You will be surrounded by very passionate people so if you want a strict 9-5, do-and-forget you will feel out of place - Some months are intense, others are relaxed (fluctuating volume of work) - High expectations - You might need to stay later for meeting with US folk (6-7pm), if you are in the UK/Ireland branch (But you can start working later, or take long breaks in the middle of the day, no-one expects you to do overtime!)

Pros

Unlimited room for growth, unlimited help from peers, remote work offered, flexible work hours if needed, no micro-managing, and overall just a good work life culture.

Cons

Some managers have a lot on their plates, making it hard to be available at all times.

Pros

Supportive coworkers at the peer level Opportunity to learn complex systems early on Exposure to large-scale billing processes

Cons

Contradictory performance feedback followed by termination without completing the 90-day evaluation period No defined performance metrics, goals, or written feedback provided Inconsistent and unclear expectations around availability and work hours Unequal enforcement of standards across team members Lack of managerial oversight and limited access to direct support Unrealistic expectations for new hires to take ownership of complex systems without proper training Unprofessional and inappropriate comments tolerated within leadership Approved, legally required absence later cited as a performance issue Poor communication regarding benefits and onboarding support Termination decisions appeared subjective and not based on documented performance
