Pros
if it was not for my co-workers would have left long ago, commute not bad.
Cons
over worked, under staffing, doing same amount of work with half the crew. for every 2 F/T employees we loose, they higher 1 PRN. low pay, no chance of raise, forget about advancement or cross training in another modality. get written up if you go into over time. benefits have been slashed after the take over. (healthcare, accrued PTO etc). call back is almost non-existent
