      You get good discounts at many other businesses. There are a lot of novant health Dr's around.

      Cons

      Time clock is confusing. Will not pay you overtime. No paid holidays. Hard to get anyone to listen to you

      Pros

      Care associates are allowed to do what CNAs do, but they do not have to have the certification. Entry level pay is the same and there are equal raises between roles each year. Part time status an average of 24 hr/week, you can work more than that and you receive full benefits, two forms of bonus every year, immediate PTO (80hrs/year). 12 or 8 hour shifts available, make your own schedule

      Cons

      sometimes short staffed unit, so work becomes fast-paced - if you like being active and constantly moving, this job is fun.
