      Fantastic co-workers and team members Benefits are great, and receive more incentive through programs Pay is considered in the middle for the healthcare industry

      No process for professional development within 70% of departments--how do they expect employees to grow with development? Feedback is minimal--yearly reviews are a joke--manager does it as a chore

      Pros

      Care associates are allowed to do what CNAs do, but they do not have to have the certification. Entry level pay is the same and there are equal raises between roles each year. Part time status an average of 24 hr/week, you can work more than that and you receive full benefits, two forms of bonus every year, immediate PTO (80hrs/year). 12 or 8 hour shifts available, make your own schedule

      Cons

      sometimes short staffed unit, so work becomes fast-paced - if you like being active and constantly moving, this job is fun.
