Great benefits, pay, and wonderful culture of empowerment! Senior leadership is highly visible and openly supportive. Great pipeline and vision that is clear and actionable.
Cons
Poor work-life balance and “always on” culture is difficult to manage. Decision making can be slow due to need for consensus and constant “vetting”. Highly matrixed which is in some respects very positive but leads to uncertainty related to accountability.
