Pros
Lot of flexibility, Good work-life balance, Entrepreneurial atmosphere, Friendly HR policies and emphasis on rotation across teams. There were lot of team outings, and management was very good.
Cons
Work can become routine sometimes and clients can be demanding. The teams can be lean and depending on projects the work can take long hours. Some senior managers are known to extract work from employees.
