Great company to work for. Sufficient training to develop the learning skills and implement those on the job. If you want great balance between your home and work, this is the company you should work.
Cons
Sometimes decision making process takes long time and it may frustrate you if you expect something readily available. Since this is a healthcare company, there are a number of regulations that prevent you being too fast.
