Management now treats all the employees like they are a number and no longer a person. It used to be a much warmer company. The company cars are now 4 cylinder compacts that can hardly get out of their own way. There is a stunning lack of information from senior management. They badly bungled the launch of the last few products and the pod system has resulted in too little accountability.
