      Top Company in Pharma, lots of Benefits, great opportunities for conventional pharma positions, great Company Vision, lots of Diversity and Multicultural Projects are always available.

      Cons

      Not very innovative. Due to endogamic industry logics the professionalism is not as high as someone would expect.
