Pros
For a period, great training and marketing reviews done with Global experts. Not so much now. Salary excellent and bonuses can be substantial. Reps, sales managers, marketing managers and support groups (eg. reg affairs, health economics) are business focused and great to work with.
Cons
Senior management live in their own world with different rules. They talk the walk and big on slogans and consultant speak. Climbing the ladder is by managing up and not making waves.
