Pros
Great people, culture, pay and most of the benefits, semi-flexible approach to working, exciting industry to work in. Good development opportunities, if you take charge of your own development.
Cons
Inexperienced leadership team, who only look after themselves and move on within a couple of years. Very political and not really a speak up culture unless you want to damage your career. High work load throughout the company and hard to achieve unless you work significant extra hours. Great opportunities to move around the company and progress, if your face fits. If not, forget it. Poor sick pay and maternity options. Constant change so hard to find any momentum and continuity which results in poor motivation - you are just waiting to hear when your own job is going. Terrible processes.
