Pros
Great Benefits, insurance, compensation, etc all extremely fair. Vacation and personal time are always respected unless there is a true emergency. Management very understanding about family obligations.
Cons
Not a lot of creative freedom. Given a lot of marching orders and expected to control many uncontrollable areas of the job. A lot of disorganization around national communication. I think they are trying to resolve these issues.
