Not a good work/life balance company - Mechanical Engineer Novartis Employee Review

If you are in New Jersey and don’t work at the East Hanover campus, it is hard to use all the amnenities the company has to offer. Also, other sites acquired by Novartis (other companies/ acquisitions) are stuck with their old ways of doing things and dont’t share the same parent company’s culture. Good compensation but very long days.
