      Pros

      Generous base, direct management top notch, man at the top has desire move the company in the right direction.

      Cons

      Despite the best efforts of the CEO, it is incredibly difficult to turn around a company the size of Novartis with an extremely top down, big Pharma approach. The desire exists to move towards a more bio technology culture, however even with in bio technology much of the behavior mirrors primary care big Pharma.

      Pros

      Great leaders of the program, Jess and Raf, they still keep in touch with past interns good envrionemnt, had living provided and cahrlie car got very close with other interns (network for life)

      Cons

      Training was long and the mentors shoudlve done it too some of the departments are clicky and some mentors suck and skip through the training
