Spread portfolio weakens focus and impact Sense there is politics at upper management, it is not apparent that everyone at that table earned it by merit/competence; these weaker leaders make decisions which put the org at risk; the encouraged path is to "find a way" to continue working with them even though they carry with them an uninspiring, draining, toxic style...
