Pros
Intelligent colleagues, ok benefits, decent salary when you negotiate it prior to first employment (in comparison to other companies in CZ market), learning opportunities.
Cons
Due to constant transition and company separation/spin-off it became uncertain and less perspective company. No development of people for a year now, salary stipulation much below inflation, values and behaviours "on hold" (micromanagement, savings-focused...), forcing hybrid after productive 3 years CwR model - 100% remote work possibility for back-office positions.
