      Great compenstaion and management would enable you to run your own business, so they said. Company had great benefits and helped people who wanted to advance.

      Cons

      You never knew what was going on in the corporate mindset. Field associates were always the last to know. Was laid off 1 month after CEO publicly said there were no findings of layoffs in the future. WOW-
