The culture is one of the best things about Novax. It is a hardworking environment, but there is also a real team feel. There are plenty of incentives, nights out, days out and rewards for strong performance, which makes it a really motivating place to work. The commission structure is excellent and gives you a real opportunity to earn well if you put the work in. Progression is also second to none, with clear opportunities to move forward for people who are ambitious and consistent. Overall, Novax is a fantastic place to work for anyone who wants to develop, earn well and be part of a strong, driven team.
