poor management in general if you do not have a degree, you are constantly underestimated and are reminded so project leads are rude and half of the time, are just as lost as everyone else. There is finally a technician career path, yet they do not specifically tell you how to move forward. As stated in the title, if you do not have a degree, do NOT work here. I can promise you that there is no amount of money that can replace your self worth that this place will suck from you.. This place is full of "HOLIER THAN THOU" Georgia Tech grads who's arrogance and smug attitudes get old very quick. Hell, there are even people here who claim to have attended GT, yet if you do a quick search on google, you will find that they did not.
