      Pros

      Great business to be in. Everyone is moving to paper bags. Get three day weekend every other week.

      Cons

      Workload is too much for one person to handle. Utility drivers are treated like the red headed step child.

      Decent pay , good benefits

      Cons

      Horrible management , too many hands in the pot trying to control things . Management leans in the good workers and lets the lazy workers get away with anything. We work 6 days a week and a lot of us are on 12 hour shifts . 1 day off is not enough .
