      Bridgwater is an up and coming town with many opportuntities

      Cons

      No career progression. SLT Management are all talk and no action, they look after themselves rather than the wider community, they are lacking people skills

      Decent pay , good benefits

      Cons

      Horrible management , too many hands in the pot trying to control things . Management leans in the good workers and lets the lazy workers get away with anything. We work 6 days a week and a lot of us are on 12 hour shifts . 1 day off is not enough .
