Pros
Very great place to work, good benefits and great people to work with. This position that I hold I do not feel like I am micromanaged. My Supervisor listens when I have questions and explains whatever I am dealing with, which helps me become proficient in my job. The growth within this company since I came on board has been amazing. Very interesting all the different things the company as a whole produces. In my position I am interacting with people at different locations and everybody as a whole have proven to be very team oriented. I enjoy people and having the opportunity to work with different customers. It can be challenging at times but mostly a good experience. Did I mention that the supervisors at my location are AWESOME! Well truly they are! My direct supervisors go above and beyond to help, guide and just easy to work for. Our safety manager has made safety fun to learn about and truly cares about all of us. Our operational plant supervisor is always lending good information and has been here for a long time which tells alot about this company. Last our new Plant Manager appears to be driven for success and appears to be caring about the people who work here. When I was on my last job search I told myself I wanted to find my job place home and I feel I have done that here.
Cons
Our location could withstand a little more space. Maybe a nice common area where breaks can be taken to relax. If I had a con about this company would be for the people who work in the plant. It gets really hot in the production side of the building. Not sure what the solution would be for those folks but they are key to our success.
