      Pros

      Not many. Most of my coworkers are awesome and easy to get along with so that's a plus. The money is good.

      Cons

      When I applied I was told we work 3 days off three days one week and then work 4 days off 4 days the next, sounds great but that never happens. You pretty much live there 72 hours a week, work 6 off 1. Management treats you like crap. They expect you to know how to fix anything and everything even if it's out of your pay grade and if you can't you're useless. I can go on and on.

      Decent pay , good benefits

      Cons

      Horrible management , too many hands in the pot trying to control things . Management leans in the good workers and lets the lazy workers get away with anything. We work 6 days a week and a lot of us are on 12 hour shifts . 1 day off is not enough .
