      Pros

      Always get a full 40 every week, more if you work in the Bag rooms.

      Cons

      You are forced to do your work short handed when people call out if there are not enough employees to cover the missing persons position. Doing 2 peoples worth of work but only paid for one.

      Decent pay , good benefits

      Cons

      Horrible management , too many hands in the pot trying to control things . Management leans in the good workers and lets the lazy workers get away with anything. We work 6 days a week and a lot of us are on 12 hour shifts . 1 day off is not enough .
