      Schedule was ok. 3 day weekends are good

      Cons

      Told me I was due for a raise and promotion. Asked me to do the job on a probationary status. This lasted for a year. Kept saying that promotions were on hold.

      Decent pay , good benefits

      Cons

      Horrible management , too many hands in the pot trying to control things . Management leans in the good workers and lets the lazy workers get away with anything. We work 6 days a week and a lot of us are on 12 hour shifts . 1 day off is not enough .
