-No upward mobility -Management lacks industry knowledge -No training -No ongoing performance feedback -Management is cliquey -No communication or collaboration

True hybrid working right from day 1. There is a real culture of trust and collaboration - we're a team and work together to get the job done! HR driving initiatives to make real change (like summer hours where we get half of Friday off in the summer!) too which is great to see

Lots of top level changes recently which can be slightly destabilising as everyone beds in, but I wouldn't say it was a real negative, just need time to adjust.
