Pros

NuView is a very flexible company that responds quickly to market demands on a global scale. The renewed focus on customer satisfaction, growth, and employee engagement are great. I've been here for over 5 years and the energy level and focus are the best I've seen yet. Glad to see NuView focusing on their customers and bringing world class global HRMS solutions to the market.

Cons

The "hands on" approach by senior management can get a little "micro" at times.

Pros

Everyone is pulling together to make NuView a quality place to work and a quality product. The environment is highly flexible and continues to evolve. We definitely have our ups and downs but overall this is a great place to work. I am saddened to read some of these reviews because I know that there are sour grapes and at least one of these (salesperson NY) is fake since we didn't have a salesperson in NY. Please don't confuse my statements as every company has things to work on and so do we but many of these reviews are just not right, especially those trying to convince that the positive reviews are fake. This is a good place to grow your career, make a difference and help to continue building a great place to work .

Cons

We can always do better with communication and collaboration but the biggest con is all of these sour grape reviews.
