      NCP is an accredited nation wide company that is continuously experiencing growth. I am super impressed with the impact NCP makes on our patients and the support they give to our employees. I have seen them step up even more during the current COVID events to protect our patients, community and employees! I am constantly hearing from our patients and employees the relationships and benefits of home health!!       Pros

      As an RN working PRN, I have flexibility to choose my work days. There is a minimum requirement of 12 hours per month. I work in the patient's home as a home health nurse. I enjoy meeting and getting to know my patients and their families, teaching them about their health, and supporting their care journey as part of the health care team.

      Cons

      Communication between nurses can be sometimes difficult if something is not mentioned during nurses report. But we can always email the case manager or call the nurse if we have a question. I have seen it improved when we have a notebook to log daily cares and concerns in the home.
