Thank you for your time and for leaving a review with your feedback. We apologize for the charting system changing, our clinical operations team is always trying to improve our systems that are best for the company. Glad you're able to learn them, we will still take this into consideration in the future. Thank you again for the feedback and for working for NCP!

Pros

As an RN working PRN, I have flexibility to choose my work days. There is a minimum requirement of 12 hours per month. I work in the patient's home as a home health nurse. I enjoy meeting and getting to know my patients and their families, teaching them about their health, and supporting their care journey as part of the health care team.

Cons

Communication between nurses can be sometimes difficult if something is not mentioned during nurses report. But we can always email the case manager or call the nurse if we have a question. I have seen it improved when we have a notebook to log daily cares and concerns in the home.
