They give training when you join as a fresher for 3 months which could train you on industry ready skills that's the only pro
Cons
The management is really bad they play very bad politics on freshers those employees with referrals gets more chances even if they score low marks during training and allocated to BU and those without referrals are fired or forcefully filed resignation.
