1. Every team member is a mastermind with some of their experience, curiosity, and determination, which leads to the successful delivery of the problem's solution. 2. Best learning environment which I have been receiving while crossing all the stages of software development. Whether it is gathering info from client, developing it(core technologies like python, spark, scala, SQL queries, etc), testing it (Funsuite, a proper dev workspace in GCP/azure clouds), reviewal and re-reviewal of prototype, deploying it(tools used like Jenkins, tidal, oozie, etc) maintaining it 3. Management is quite appreciable like they maintain the employee's joy by organizing various events, the work-life environment is maintained, perks, and most important on-time salaries. 4. They work on employee growth, they provide reimbursement for the expenditure on acquiring the certificates required by the client's project. 5. Trustworthy people
