Pros
You have the opportunity to make a lot of money. This job is perfect for people driven by a end of year bonus. Good casual work environment. You can wear jeans most of the time, but you should dress up for big meetings. They do a good job of connecting people from different branches. You're encouraged to network and visit other plants.
Cons
The management team is mostly middle aged white males (surprise-surprise). This leads to older conservative ways of thinking and though they say they encourage progress and change they only do so if you agree with their thought process and values. My work gets nit-picked a lot. The benefits are pretty bad...I think they will have trouble getting and keeping young talent because you can find better benefits, vacation and similar pay anywhere else. The bonuses are the only benefit they have going for them.
