Pros
Great people work at this business. Locally-owned; not a major corporation. The guests that shop there are fun to interact with, and the product they offer is high-quality
Cons
Pay is poo poo, unless you run a store. Alot of bias, and they'll terminate an employee for any misconduct whatsoever. Corporate sits around counting stacks of cash while the basic employee gets paid a laughable wage. This is California; cost of living is a factor
